Who you are

Your Role as an Application Specialist
As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our business-critical applications. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our applications are efficient, secure, and scalable. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between technology and business needs. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you: 

  • 3+ years of experience in application management, IT support, or a similar role.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications,ERP/CRM systems, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data security, system integrations, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points if you:
  • Are proficient in Dutch or German.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.

Your Role as Application Manager

As an Application Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing key business applications, ensuring seamless performance and reliability. You’ll support colleagues in using these applications efficiently, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology and automation.


Additionally, you’ll ensure that all applications comply with security policies and industry best practices. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with IT, data teams, and external vendors to implement new features and integrations that drive business success.

  • User Support & Training: Assist colleagues in using applications effectively and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows by leveraging technology and      automation.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure application security aligns with company policies and industry best      practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, data teams, and external vendors to implement new features and integrations.
