Your role as Finance Manager
You might have noticed that we have big digital ambitions. As our Finance Manager, you’ll start from scratch with building up the financial management strategic decision-making process of Faber LABS . You'll be part of the management team and the go-to person for all financial, risk, and economic issues within the company. Your main responsibility will be to inspire, support, and challenge your stakeholders to keep improving by using valuable and factual insights. This position requires a quick thinker, who is analytically strong and is able to think outside the box. You devise and implement sustainable solutions that address problems at their source, avoiding 'quick fixes' whenever possible.
