As our Lead Architect, you'll get the opportunity to build your own team. As the Lead Architect, you will play an important role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives. You will design and manage enterprise architecture across various domains, ensuring that systems are integrated and aligned with organizational goals. Leading a team of specialized architects, you will foster collaboration, provide technical guidance, and support professional development. Your work will include developing strategic IT roadmaps, assessing new opportunities, and staying informed on industry trends. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical expertise with leadership and forward-looking planning. Who are we? We are Faber LABS, member of the family-owned Faber Group. Who you are

As our Lead Architect, we’re looking for…

  • A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Proven experience with private- and public cloud (AWS) environments, Cloud Adoption Framework, Security, databases and identity services.
  • Proven work experience (3+ years) as an Architect or in a similar role;
  • Knowledge about ITIL/ISM and Agile way of working
  • Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills;
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities;
    o Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborative and problem-solving skills, while having a high adaptability navigating organizational changes and the evolving technology landscape.
