Who you are

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales - ideally in logistics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, assertive manner
• High level of customer and service orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking
• Business fluent Italian, both written and spoken, good English skills
• Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team with intercultural competence

• Customer service and consulting to strengthen long-term relationships
• Management of customer accounts, including complaint and receivables management
• Support in acquiring new customers and preparing and finalizing offers
• Market analysis and strategic expansion of the country network
• Collaboration with sales and project management to develop innovative solutions
