As Manager External Reporting & Internal Control, you will ensure compliance with laws and regulations within the group. To this end, you regularly conduct internal audits and are involved in the implementation of new laws and regulations (such as CSRD). Who you are

As Manager External Reporting & Internal Control at Faber Group, you will be responsible for our family of companies. You will work in a close-knit, qualified, Finance team at the holding company, where you will be able to carry out a wide range of work. You will mainly be involved in: - Liaising with the external auditors on the consolidated financial statements and substantiating complex positions in the financial statements; - Ensuring the improvement and further implementation of the internal control framework (incl. GITCs); - Ensure compliance matters, including keeping policies and directives up-to-date (e.g. Accounting Manual and transfer pricing documentation); - In cooperation with the Group Controller, carry out specific internal audits at management's request (e.g. on sustainability reporting); - Keeping up-to-date on new relevant regulations and then implementing them; - Prepare VPB work so that the external advisor can file the tax return; - Assist with (domestic and foreign) tax audits; - Supporting ad hoc projects (e.g. M&A projects, implementation of new accounting systems, legal restructurings).

  • You have completed at least an HBO/WO education in the field of Business Economics, Business Administration or Accountancy (additional RA/RC education is an advantage);
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in a relevant position (audit background is an advantage);
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; Communicative and accurate;
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset;
  • You enjoy working together and have a great sense of responsibility.
