As our Project Coordinator / PMO Specialist, you are the go-to person for all questions related to our frameworks, documentation standards and project methodology.You ensure that colleagues know how we work, that our processes are clear, and that we continuously improve. You support the Program Director and work closely with project managers and key stakeholders across the business. With your guidance, projects run smoothly, communication flows easily, and teams stay connected.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong communicator who easily connects with project managers, sponsors, teams and stakeholders.

  • Natural problem-solver with the ability to quickly provide solutions and strategies.

  • Able to adapt to change and guide others through it.

  • Highly organised with strong skills in planning, time management, coordination and decision-making.

  • Social and confident in managing stakeholders at all levels, firm when needed, open to feedback when helpful.

Your Impact

In this role, you make sure our projects stay on track and our teams stay connected. You support project managers by keeping an eye on progress, translating updates into clear and simple reports, and ensuring everyone knows what needs to happen next. You bring structure to meetings, capture key decisions and follow-up actions, and make sure no detail gets lost along the way.

You keep our project documentation organised and accessible, and you are the driving force behind our way of working—maintaining our frameworks, templates and standards, and helping colleagues use them with confidence. You encourage collaboration within the PMO and act as the central link between teams, ensuring information flows easily and everyone speaks the same language.
