Do you enjoy supporting customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly even across borders?Then you might be the perfect fit for our Customer Service team. As an Expert Customer Service, you ensure seamless operations for our customers across Central and Eastern Europe. You are their first point of contact and deliver customer-focused solutions, from preparing quotations to handling complaints and completing orders. You collaborate closely with internal teams and you support the preparation, negotiation, and follow-up of quotations.Carry your impact and take the chance to create real value and actively shape our shared success.

Who you are

  • Commercial education or comparable qualification
  • Experience in customer service; logistics/transport background is a plus
  • Fluent English is required
  • German, Polish or another CEE language (e.g. Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian) is a strong advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset paired with proactive problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable, structured, and adaptable working style
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel

Your Impact

  • Support and advise customers across the CEE region
  • Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations
  • Manage orders including complaint handling
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Prepare reports, analyses and statistics
