Who you are

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.

  • Professional experience in commercial processing.

  • Very good knowledge of English, optionally German.

  • Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel.

  • Structured, precise and conscientious way of working.

  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team and intercultural competence.

Your Impact

  • Scheduling deliveries and collections for our customers in South-East Europe, mainly in Romania and Hungary, and processing documents

  • Checking and reviewing invoices, preparing payments and resolving differences.

  • Preparation of monthly reports and monthly financial statements

  • Solution-oriented processing and preparation of complaints and cancellations

  • Supporting the entire team in day-to-day administrative business
