We need your Business Analyst skills to help build up this new company and achieve our goals. Challenge accepted? Your role as Business Analyst Maybe you noticed, but we have big ambitions. So, you, as Business Analyst, will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our products meet market demands and drive business growth. To ensure we meet this target, you will be working closely alongside our Product Owners. Within your role you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, defining requirements, preparing decision making and supporting the Product Owner in the product development lifecycle, so we can achieve our goals, together.   • Collaborate with Product Owners
    o Work in tandem with the Product Owner to define product requirements, user stories and use cases.
  • Requirement Gathering
    o Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    o Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Documentation
    o Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
  • Data Analysis
    o Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions.
    Support Development Teams
    o Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    o Coordinate and support UAT activities to ensure the final product meets the business needs.
  • Market Research
    o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Continuous Improvement
    o Identify areas for improvement in product processes and workflows.
