Your role as Program Director
Maybe you noticed, but we have big ambitions. As an experienced Program Director, you lead and oversee our total digital transformation program. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex, cross-divisional digital initiatives that align with our ambitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

  • Strategic Leadership:
o Build the Program Management Office and lead programs and projects that are part of our digital transformation
o Align digital initiatives with the organization’s business objectives and strategic goals.
o Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile thinking within the PMO and across the organization.
  • Program Management:
o Oversee the planning, execution, interdependencies and delivery of the organization’s portfolio of digital projects and programs.
o Ensure all projects and programs are managed consistently and are aligned with the organization's goals.
o Monitor and report on the progress, risks, and issues of digital initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Agile and PPM Maturity:
o Enhance the overall project portfolio management (PPM) maturity within the organization.
o Implement and refine methodologies, processes, and tools to improve project and program delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, product, and finance, to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
o Act as a liaison between senior leadership and project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Resource Management:
o Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.
