Ready to take on the challenge ? Your role as Business Analyst Maybe you noticed, but we have big ambitions. So you, as a Business Analyst, will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our products meet demands and drive business growth. To ensure we meet this target, you will be working closely alongside our Data team and Product Owners. Within your role you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, defining requirements, preparing decision making and supporting the Product Owner in the product development lifecycle; so we can achieve our goals, together.

Who are you?

A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology or something similar;
2-6 years experience as a Business or Data Analyst, preferably in an agile development environment;
Proficiency with reporting tool (e.g., QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau) and data analysis programs/tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel);
Strong analytical & communication skills; you should be fluent and comfortable in English;

High attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effortlessly within a team environment.

Bonus points if you have…

· Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector;

Understanding of UX/UI principles and practices;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
