Your impact as Brand and Content Specialist
The Brand and Content Specialist is a new role within our Marketing and Communication team and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role involves creating compelling content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning messaging with company values and goals. You will also support other functions with the team with your area of expertise to support executing our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
· Develop, edit, and optimize engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media posts, newsletters, video scripts, podcasts and website copy/ landing pages and sales tools.
· Create and manager our content calendar on a central level and align with our regions.
· Monitor and strengthen brand equity by ensuring all content aligns with IPP’s (and Faber Group) brand values and strategic goals
· Responsible for media monitoring & measurement
· Use data-driven insights to measure content effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
· Next to the above responsibilities you will be partly responsible for general marketing and communication activities to support other entities like the Faber Group, IPP Benelux, PoolService and/ or other divisions.
About you
You are an experienced brand and content Specialist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in content marketing preferable in an international larger organization. This role requires a blend of creativity, brand management expertise, content creation and data-driven decision-making. You will see the value in challenging the status quo in a respectful and collaborative way and you are proactive with a hands-on mentality.
The successful candidate will work closely with local marketing, commercial teams, sustainability manager and operations to create content that communicates IPP’s value proposition, reinforces brand positioning, and aligns with IPP’s sustainability mission. Besides dealing with internal stakeholders you also have excellent communication skills which enable you to inspire and challenge external partners.
