Faber Group BV and/or the affiliated business units (all are listed hereunder) consider the careful dealing of personal data to be of great importance. Applicability

Faber Group BV (hereinafter ‘Faber Group’) is the party responsible for the data processing (data controller) of your personal data when you visit our website.

When you apply for a certain job at Faber Group or at one of the affiliated business units (hereunder specified), the specific business unit where you apply will become the data controller of your personal data (hereunder each individually referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’).

When you apply for a job with us, Faber Group, or the respective business unit where you apply, processes the data that is relevant for your job application, which is:

  • Master data (first and last name, titles if any, nationality);
  • Contact details (private address, telephone number, email address);
  • CV and/ or motivational letter;
  • Degrees/ diplomas;
  • Soft skills data;
  • Assessment reports, if applicable;
  • Bank account number, if and when applicable to reimburse travel expenses.

This data is processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest, in order to assess whether you are a suitable candidate for the applied job.

 

Security

We secure all data appropriately on the website and in our systems with technical and organisational measures, according to the latest state of the art security measures, to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful alteration, destruction, loss or unauthorised access or disclosure.

 

Retention periods

We keep your personal data in our files for as long as needed for the purposes described in this statement, or until you withdraw your consent in the events where this is required.

Your personal data will be stored according to the retention period applicable in the relevant country, from the end of the application period for whatever reason, after which period your personal data will be deleted.
