Applicability
Faber Group B.V. (hereinafter ‘Faber Group’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) is the party responsible for the data processing (data controller) of your personal data, when you visit our employer brand website and/ or apply for a job with (one of the entities of) the Faber Group.

As website visitor

When you apply for a job with us, we process the data that is relevant for your job application, which is:
- Master data (first and last name, titles if any, nationality);
- Contact details (private address, telephone number, e-mail address);
- CV and/ or motivational letter;
- Degrees/ diplomas;
- Soft skills data;
- Assessment reports, if applicable;
- Bank account number, if and when applicable to reimburse travel expenses.
We use this data on the legal basis of legitimate interest, in order to assess whether you are the suitable candidate of the applied job.
Security
We secure all data appropriately on the website and in our systems with technical and organizational measures, according to the latest state of the art, to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful alteration, destruction, loss or unauthorized access or disclosure.
Retention periods
We keep your personal data in our files for as long as needed for the purposes, as described in this statement, or until you withdraw your consent in those events where this is required.
As an applicant in the Netherlands, your personal data will be stored until 4 weeks from the end of the application procedure, after which period your personal data will be deleted.
In the event you would like to be considered for other (future) job options within the Faber Group, your data can be kept for a maximum of one year upon your explicit consent.
Third-party and third-party websites
We provide your personal data only to those third parties when this is required by law or when there is a proper agreement in place and upon our instructions.
Personal data will only be transferred by us to third parties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), when there is an adequate level of protection set for this country or when there is another data protection mechanism in place, such as binding corporate rules or the EU-standard contractual clauses.

We will verify your identity internally, but if we cannot confirm it (sufficiently), we will contact you. We shall reply to your request within 30 days.
