Who you are:

  •  Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in commercial processing, in the field of transport or logistics
  • Ability to work in a team and assertiveness as well as strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
  • Structured, solution-orientated and precise way of working
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English
  • Confident handling of MS Office programmes, especially Excel and Navison

Making a difference as expert in logistics service:

  • Dispatching and compilation of mainly full truck loads (FTL) on the basis of orders and releases in the dispatching list
  • Searching for forwarders for required loading space by searching in the Internet, freight and loading space exchanges and the ERP system
  • Negotiating transport prices and placing transport orders
  • Processing complaints and clarifying transport invoices in the event of non-fulfilment of the service order placed
  • Close cooperation with customer service, spot support, field service and other departments
  • Preparation of evaluations and analyses as well as network expansion and optimisation by new transport service providers
