Making a difference as expert in customer service (m/f/d):

  • You look after and support our existing customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • You will prepare and negotiate quotations and follow up on orders
  • You are responsible for processing complaints
  • In addition, you will support the expansion of our customer network as part of the acquisition of new customers
  • You create statistics and reports and always look for optimisation opportunities on this basis
