- You take care of and support our existing Eastern European customers (e.g. in Hungary, Romania, Slovenia)
- You create and negotiate offers and follow up on orders
- You are responsible for handling complaints
- In addition, you will support the expansion of our customer network as part of the acquisition of new customers
- You create statistics and reports and always look for optimisation opportunities on this basis
