Making a difference as an expert in customer service

As an expert in customer service, you will ensure that our Eastern European customers  (e.g. from Bulgaria, Greece or Serbia) can rely on a smooth flow of load carriers. You will be the first point of contact for all of our customers' concerns and find customer-orientated solutions, from preparing quotations to processing complaints and completing orders. You will also support the sales manager in the acquisition of new customers and prepare, negotiate and follow up on quotations. You also have an open eye for opportunities to improve processes or maximise our impact.
