  • Commercial or comparable qualification, preferably in logistics or customer service.
  • Professional experience of at least 1-3 years.
  • You are service-oriented, you take initiative and have high self-motivation.
  • Communication in Polish and English, organization and implementation skills.
  • You know your way with MS Office programs, especially Excel.

Make impact as customer service representative in Warsaw

As a customer service representative, you make sure individual clients can rely on an effortless load carrier flow. You support and advice our customers, coordinate load carrier flows and organize the procurement of freight space and load carriers as required. Furthermore, you support the manager in the acquisition of new customers and create, negotiate and follow-up offers. Besides, you keep an open eye for opportunities to improve processes or maximize our impact.
