In your role, you will be responsible for customer care in the D/A/CH region and support the field sales team. This includes, among other things, the independent preparation of offers, order processing and complaint handling. In addition, you will monitor the load carrier inventories at customers and service providers and prepare evaluations and statistics for your area. Support and participation in projects round off your area of responsibility.
