The Logistics Service department is a central part of our service chain at PAKi and plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. As an Expert Logistics Service (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to optimise the supply chain for millions of everyday goods.

Who you are

  • Completed commercial training in a logistics company, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
  • Confident written and spoken English and Polish language skills, ideally paired with knowledge of Slovak or Czech
  • Customer and service orientation as well as strong initiative and motivation
  • excellent organisational skills and efficient time management
  • Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel

What we offer

Your responibilities:

  • Coordinating and placing transport orders for our Eastern European customers (e.g. from Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic)
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of load carriers with a special focus on efficiency and sustainability
  • Regular dialogue with freight forwarders and continuous expansion of our transport network
  • Negotiating transport prices, placing and preparing orders and sending documents, as well as following up on smooth processes until complete fulfilment
  • Processing complaints and clarifying service and quality problems in the event of non-fulfilment of the service order placed
