Your impact as HR Business Partner As a HR professional you are ready for your second or third step within an international and growing organisation. You are curious by nature, enthusiastic and enjoy working all facets of HR. You work across the board, operationally, tactically and strategically. You have experience in switching between these different levels. You collaborate within the entity and with HR Business Partners across entities in Europe. This role may require occasional travel within Europe.

Who you are

Who are you?

  • In possession of an HBO (preferably WO) work and thinking level
  • You have around 5 - or more - years of experience in an all-round HR Business Partner role. There is added value if this is with an international, medium-sized organisation.
  • You are analytical, know what the organisation needs are and are able to think and act across entities. You oversee the impact of your decisions
  • With your strong communication skills, you know how to convince by substantiating matters well and you dare to challenge the status quo
  • You know how to set the right priorities by managing the Business and HR agenda well, in an environment that is constantly changing and in which processes and procedures are constantly being developed and digitised
  • You are up to date about new developments in the HR field
  • Finally, you speak and write excellent Dutch, are proficient in English speech and writing
