Driven by our purpose of “Carrying impact”, we are building scalable, data-driven, and customer-centric ways of working across our global operations.We are looking for a Project Manager – Commercial Transformation who will play a key role in delivering this ambition.About the RoleAs part of our Group PMO, you will lead cross-functional projects that shape how we operate commercially — from pricing and contracting to product lifecycle and customer processes.You will not only deliver projects — you will drive real business impact, standardisation, and long-term capability building across Faber.What You’ll Do🔹 Drive high-impact transformationLead strategic projects in areas such as: Pricing & contracting transformationProduct lifecycle & commercial standardisationCustomer service and operational improvementsDeliver initiatives that enable scalable growth and commercial discipline  🔹 Own end-to-end deliveryManage projects from initiation to go-liveDefine scope, timelines, resources, and milestonesEnsure delivery of measurable business outcomes🔹 Create structure in complexity  * Apply structured PMO methodologies and governance  * Maintain clear reporting, planning, and risk management (RAID)  * Navigate dependencies across systems, teams, and stakeholder🔹 Lead stakeholders and decisionsEngage senior stakeholders and subject matter expertsFacilitate workshops, partake in steering committees, and decision-makingTranslate strategy into execution🔹 Enable change that sticksDrive adoption of new processes and toolsLead communication, training, and change activitiesEnsure solutions are embedded and deliver lasting value
