All the products from the supermarket in your kitchen, the bathroom filled with products from the drugstore. Do you know what they have in common? They were probably transported with one of our pallets or boxes! Supply chains don't work without load carriers, especially in the FMCG industry. At IPP, we go the extra mile. Because we have pooling pallets; they are used more than once and therefore heartily sustainable. We are looking for someone who wants to share that with our customers and employees and can inspire them to create a better world with pooling pallets!

Who are you?

Preferably you have at least three years of experience in a supply chain environment. Your enthusiastic and open attitude makes you easy to work with stakeholders throughout the organization. You get energy from developing new ideas without losing sight of the end goal. By nature, you are forward thinking, have excellent organizational skills and have great adaptability.

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, master the Dutch and English language in word and writing and you have a certification in project management, Agile, Kanban PDCA or equivalent.

Impact as Project Manager

In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting various strategic projects, change activities and continuous improvements on a European level. You will do this together with your colleagues in Eindhoven in an international, complex, demanding environment. The focus is on supporting the central functions and the various country organizations in the further development of existing systems and processes, as well as the development of new solutions, with the aim of creating unique customer experiences.

You will be responsible for the successful implementation of end-to-end changes and projects by establishing effective governance and achieving standardization of processes and deliverables.
