Senior Project Manager

This role leads and supports various UK&I projects, change activity and continuous improvement within the general and strategic framework of IPP. Focusing on supporting the business to move forward in line with group strategy, divisional, regional and country requirements to the benefit of customer experience and business growth. The role will hold responsibility for successful delivery of end-to-end change improvement and projects by effectively instilling governance and achieving standardisation of process and performance. This role works in close collaboration with colleagues across UK&I in a growth focused environment and supports the UK Strategic Programme Manager and Business Programme Director UK&I with ensuring European alignment across all IPP Business Units.

You are an experienced change agent who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and have an open, growth mindset. You will be naturally forward thinking and look to generate and future proof new ideas with the end goal in mind. You will have a passion for structured ways of working, using proven project management methodology to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to adapt quickly to risk, changes in scope and conflicting priorities.

You possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in leading and delivering a multitude of business projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a role model for change and encourage your peers to embrace and sustain continuous improvement.

You will proactively seek insight, feedback and data from the business functions to make timely decisions and gain buy in and confidence from your stakeholders. You demonstrate drive and perseverance, with the ability to deliver results in a complex, highly demanding environment.

You have the desire and ability to challenge the status quo to implement change in close, engaging collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to improve processes, business and employee performance.

You are mindful of the day-to-day operational and commercial demands of the teams, taking into account

resource levels, timelines of any change/development requirements alongside supporting a disruption free

business flow, always bringing people along the change journey with you.
