As HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, attract talent and increase productivity. With your proactive approach, organizational development expertise, talent acquisition knowledge and employee counselling skills, you will create the ultimate working environment for our employees, to achieve those ambitions. Who you are

As our HR Business Partner, we’re looking for…

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar;
  • Proven experience in managing business change initiatives;
  • Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective counselling and support to employees and management;
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruiting software;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
