Commercial Analyst

The Commercial Analyst is a pivotal role within IPP UK&I, responsible for collecting data relating to commercial opportunities or activities to improve our overall performance.

The primary duties include researching business processes, producing/presenting reports (with recommendations) to the company’s stakeholders and analysing the potential impact of the recommendations made.

This role is key to managing the quote processes to ensure we are offer accurate pricing and adjustments. Identify trends/variations and reporting the impacts. In addition, a key focus of this role is the analysis of complex data using software such as Excel, Power Bi or Customer engagement software and delivering accurate forecasts/detailed reporting that can be easily understood.

Head of Commercial Contracting

This is a senior role, operating as head of department within the commercial contracting function of IPP UK &I. The primary focus of this role is to take full responsibility for the commercial contracting function and work closely with customers/suppliers, relevant authorities, industry bodies/representatives, and/or other function heads of departments within and beyond the UK&I business, to ensure we are driving the business forward in line with customer requirements and strategic/tactical priorities. This position plays a critical role in adopting and encouraging a growth mindset within the business, supporting group wide transformation projects (Project Sunrise) and the wider European alignment teams, whilst striving to achieve the company ambitions. In addition, this role is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation and review of all new ideas from concept to reality. The role will require an energetic and enthusiastic person to motivate and drive the commercial strategy and bring it to life. This function of the business will support new business development and customer retention. Focusing on contracting, pricing, steam-lined onboarding processes, and all other commercial contracting aspects. This role is responsible for developing IPP’s presence in the relevant and/or targeted sectors within the industry, assess and implement appropriate commercial opportunities for the business within the FMCG market. This position is responsible for the full commercial contracting function, working within a team of head of departments to drive the business forward whilst delivering a full, end to end contracting framework.
