We are looking for a driven Project Coördinator IT available 32 - 40 hours per week to support the IT department. You stand for improving the quality of work together. You achieve this by keeping and monitoring the departmental planning of the projects on a daily basis. After all, proper planning is crucial to execute the projects efficiently and effectively. In addition, you support the project leaders in the realization and successful delivery of the projects. You will also support the IT Director in various departmental activities.

Who you are

You have experience with planning and working systematically in a project-based environment and you also have excellent communication skills. You see it as a challenge to continuously professionalize the department.

And you meet these job requirements:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Coördinator within an IT environment
  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level
  • Planned and goal-oriented work
  • Perseverance and positive thinking/opportunity
  • Stress resistant and able to take a beating
  • Helicopter view
  • Good communication skills

Make impact as Project Coördinator IT

As Project Coördinator IT at Faber Group, you will be the spider in the web in the day-to-day management of departmental planning and support the Project Leaders and IT Director as needed. You will report to the Group IT Director.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and monitoring the daily departmental planning
  • Assisting with project work
  • Assisting with departmental operations
  • Working proactively with the various teams
