Who you are

You are a real team player, analytical, communicatively strong and solution-oriented. Next, you have an HBO level of education. Preferably, you have several years of work experience as an application administrator within a service-oriented, customer-oriented and commercial organisation. What we find especially important is the right drive: you show commitment, are willing to learn, show ownership and have a hands-on mentality. You have knowledge of and experience with Agile /SCRUM and working with business applications such as ERP, output management, document management and workflow management is easy for you. You can work in a planned and project-based manner. A good command of the Dutch and especially of English is essential.

We are looking for someone who wants to manage our business applications, working closely with our internal and external parties by ensuring data reliability, availability and performance of the applications.
As an Application Administrator, you will make an impact with the management of Dynamics 365 BC and initiate adjustments to applications in such a way that they are sufficiently aligned with business processes. You identify and report faults and deviations in the software. You also provide instructions, information and training for users.
This is a position in which you work both for PRS Pooling and our largest division; IPP Pooling (50/50).

This is IPP & PRS

As an Application Administrator for both PRS Pooling and IPP Pooling, you have a pivotal role in our company. You will manage, monitor and maintain our Dynamics 365 Business Central Database. In doing so, you look for opportunities to optimise and improve the system (incl. associated processes). In doing so, you consult with the right people within the organisation and then translate this into optimisation. You then instruct the suppliers to translate the requirements into a technical realisation. In doing so, you liaise with multidisciplinary teams, advise key users and the MT, create users and assign the right rights. Finally, you are the point of contact for end users.

Based on your knowledge of ICT Applications, you mainly provide input on how to implement the ICT strategy of IPP/PRS. You proactively advise management on the most optimal ICT support for the business processes and by making the translation from process to application.
