Hey, Product Marketeer! Are you a Storys(t)eller and Sustainable? If yes, perfect! At Faber LABS, we’re looking for a Product Marketeer who’s as versatile as they are creative. We’re the tech division of the Faber Group, digitalizing our load carrier management tools. Our digital products and processes are complex, therefor we need your marketing expertise to make them understandable and exciting for everyone – from customers to internal stakeholders. This so our software is used to its fullest and we achieve our sustainability goals. Interested? We will plan the interviews from the second week of January on!

Your role as Product Marketeer
As a Product Marketeer, you’ll play a key role in explaining our products and make them stand out – both inside and outside the company. You’re crafting clear product messaging, arming sales with battle cards, and promote LABS’ achievements internally. You’ll be a central figure in connecting our work to its audience.

Here’s what you will do:
  • Craft clear messaging. Take our technical products and make them explainable in two sentences—so their - non-techy – target group gets it. Words aren’t enough you understand how to use visualisation to make our product come to life and make them stick.
  • Develop assets and materials: Create battle cards, presentations, blogs and other tools that show what our product can (and can’t) do. Define USP’s (or OSP’s) and equip our teams to confidently engage with customers and prospects.
  • Keep an eye on the market. Support PO’s in gathering feedback from customers. Keep an eye out on the market so we know what the competition is doing.
  • Promote internal successes: Keep our internal teams and divisions excited and informed about what we’re building. Share our LABS milestones and achievements in engaging ways.
  • LABS Communication. As we are a growing company we ask you to support us with our (internal) branding and communication as well to support our growing group of colleagues.

In short you simplify our complex products with clear messaging and visuals that resonate with everyone—making a big impact. You will get support from our Head of Marketing & Product, our product owners, CDO, sales and marketing people from other divisions. And off course everyone will have an opinion.
